Donna Ulisse has a cut on the new Claire Lynch CD!
In the spring of 2008, Donna and Claire Lynch sat in the writer's room at the offices of Hadley Music Group and wrote the gospel song "Face to Face". Much to Donna's delight, that song has been included on the new Claire Lynch CD "Whatcha Gonna Do" being released today by Rounder Records.

Donna and Marc Rossi win Best Bluegrass Song at Just Plain Folks Awards!
Donna and her co-writer Marc Rossi were onstage at the Just Plain Folks Awards on Saturday, August 29, 2009 accepting the award for Best Bluegrass Song for their composition "I'm Calling Heaven Down". The song was the lead track on Donna's bluegrass release When I Look Back and is still played regularly on Sirius XM's Bluegrass Junction. Donna was chosen to represent the bluegrass genre on the show and had just finished performing the song with The Poor Mountain Boys when it was called out as the winning bluegrass song.
