Singer, Songwriter, Bluegrass Poet

DONNA ULISSE, CLAIRE LYNCH AND CURTIS WRIGHT PLAY WRITER'S NIGHT

Donna sang songs off of her "When I Look Back" CD and also treated the audience to "Love's Crazy Train" which will be on the upcoming release, "Walk This Mountain Down." It is a song she wrote with Richard Leigh who is best known for writing "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue". She was accompanied by husband Rick Stanley on guitar who lightened up the evening singing a song he and Donna co-wrote together titled "You Can't Smoke The Bluegrass".

Claire charmed the audience singing familiar tunes from her albums. She has had songs cut by Patty Loveless, Kathy Mattea, Cherryholmes, & April Verch to name a few. She also performed a song she and Donna co-wrote earlier this year by the title of "Face To Face" and announced that she plans to record it on her next CD.

Curtis Wright kept the audience in stitches with his humor but you could have heard a pin drop when he sang the beautiful "You Saved Me" which was his first cut ever and was recorded by Patty Loveless. He has also had number one hits by Ronnie Milsap, Shenandoah, Clay Walker and is heard singing harmonies on many records that come out of Nashville with the likes of Tim McGraw & Reba McEntire.
