"WALK THIS MOUNTAIN DOWN" RELEASE DATE SCHEDULED
Donna has spent the past year writing and recording this album with producer Keith Sewell. The title of the CD is 'Walk This Mountain Down" and once again there are many stories around these songs. There are co-writes with Rick Stanley, Marc Rossi, Dennis K. Duff and Richard Leigh as well as two that she wrote on her own. As always there are a couple of gospel songs included.
The players were the cream of the crop: Keith Sewell on acoustic guitar, Rob Ickes on dobro, Andy Leftwich on mandolin and fiddle, Scott Vestal on banjo, and Byron House on upright bass.
Friends who came in and sang some great harmonies were: Claire Lynch, Jerry Salley, Curtis Wright, Keith Sewell, Wendy Buckner Sewell and Rick Stanley.
